*WHAT HAVE YOU RECEIVED? CHRIST OR CRISIS?*

*But why is this granted to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For indeed, as soon as the voice of your greeting sounded in my ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy*. 
*Lk 1:43-44*.

Once and again i count it all joy and privilege to come your way as we celebrate Christ the reason for the season. It is my prayer that this season will birth God's goodness and blessings in Jesus name Amen.

It takes the knowledge of knowing what you have to be able to appreciate it. Elizabeth had not seen Jesus, infact she had not seen Mary over a period of time but on that fateful day as the sound of the greeting of Mary made her to recognise what she carried and she celebrated it with her whole heart.

The response of Elizabeth is such that will keep one meditating on the opportunities that we are wasting on daily bases "But why is this granted to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?" See how she celebrated Mary for what she carried. Imagine if Jesus has been born as at that time.

Elizabeth's disposition is a clarion call to you and i to open our hearts to the daily invitation of Jesus to you and i to have a constant fellowship with Him. Am talking of the opportunities that abound in our daily lives.

It is the disposition of your heart that will make you to recognise Jesus even if He comes in the most unlikely and unbelievable way. Elizabeth recognised Him even in the womb, Simeon recognised Him even as a baby. How are you recognising Him.

Delete worries, anxieties and doubt from your mind. Reduce the noice around you so that as Jesus continues to visit you and i in all situations of our lives so that we can recognise Him and be able to welcome Him accordingly.

I pray for you that the joy and peace which Christmas births will not elude you and may it remain permanent in your life in Jesus name Amen.

Remember. Christ is the reason for the season not food and clothes.

*COUNSEL*. Don't ever give up on your faith and never loose hope and be fervent in prayers and praise knowing that God, your father loves you specially and will never leave you nor forsake you.

LET US PRAY* *HE HAS RISEN* *Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee*, *Lk 24:5-6*. Jesus conquered sin. He conquered the grave. He destroyed death He rendered the grave powerless and made it impotent for eternity. All that he did for you and me. We are the alleluia people  Our Christ is risen indeed never to die again.
