*DARE TO STAND OUT*

*Now a certain woman named Lydia heard us. She was a seller of purple from the city of Thyatira, who worshiped God. The Lord opened her heart to heed the things spoken by Paul. And when she and her household were baptized, she begged us, saying, "If you have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come to my house and stay." So she persuaded us*. *Acts 16:14:15*.

This is the continuation of our "making fellowship and prayer a habit" series. In that place of prayer many women were met meeting there but in all one was outstanding and had to be mentioned specifically, her name was Lydia. Amen!!!

She did not bribe her way to be mentioned, she was not mentioned because she was the most beautiful, she was not mentioned because she was elected or that she was a prominent personality but because she choose to be outstanding.

When you are standing with the crowd you will not see the cloud but when you work hard when others are standing you will be outstanding, in the midst of those that choose to be outstanding you will stand out.

The woman Lydia choose deliberately to stand out through hard work and dedication through hard and tough times and eventually she made it to the top. May the name of the Lord be praised both now and forever for her through Christ our Lord Amen.

She had a job like any of us but she did not allow her work to stop her from serving God rather she used her work to glorify the name of the Lord.

What is stopping you from praising the Lord? Do you use your work to glorify the name of the Lord or use it as an excuse against God? Don't remind me that nothing works if you don't work, I know that your work is your pride, keeping working but REMEMBER that "to everything there is time"

May the good Lord that makes all things beautiful in His time beautify you life now and always through Christ our Lord Amen.
