*SPIRITUAL CHECK UP PT33*

*Now when they had gone through Phrygia and the region of Galatia, they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the word in Asia.  After they had come to Mysia, they tried to go into Bithynia, but the Spirit did not permit them.  So passing by Mysia, they came down to Troas. And a vision appeared to Paul in the night. A man of Macedonia stood and pleaded with him, saying, "Come over to Macedonia and help us." Now after he had seen the vision, immediately we sought to go to Macedonia, concluding that the Lord had called us to preach the gospel to them*. 
*Acts 16:6-10*.

We have been looking at the question that king David asked us about who will ascend to the mountains of the Lord and we have been helped by God to see the prayer aspect of it.

*Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place?  He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the Lord, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.  This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face. Selah. Ps 42:3-6*.

Today we will be looking at the meditation dimension of the ways to ascend to God's own mountain.

Meditation is a close or continued thought about God, what God has done, what He is doing and many more that He will do. The thing about the infallibility of God. Thinking of how good and big our God is.

Meditation is lifting up of our souls or the turning of the frequency of our soul in search of who God is and what he can do. Turning your frequency to connect to the frequency of God. Trying to allign in the realm of the spirit with the spirit of God.

The looking down of all worries of life and thinking about the almightiness of God.  The making of all things to revolve round what God has said about all things.

Meditation is the  subjection of the soul and the mind in serious contemplation about what God is and what He represents in your life. Which births strength and brings about redemption..
*Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer. Ps 19:14*.

Many other religions make use of meditation more and through it they access power but Christians have no time for meditation rather we want our pastors to do everything for us.

Can the noise around you allow you to go into meditation because meditation requires quiet time and environment? Can you let things go inorder to allign with God. Do you know the frequency with which to always connect to God? My dear it is good to always meditate.

I pray that the words of our mouth and the meditation of our hearts be acceptable by God and may it birth strength and tenacity to withstand and conquer all the arrows of our enemies and may God use it to proof His redemptions in our lives through Christ our Lord Amen
