*SPIRITUAL CHECK UP PT26*

*Now when they had gone through Phrygia and the region of Galatia, they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the word in Asia. After they had come to Mysia, they tried to go into Bithynia, but the Spirit did not permit them. So passing by Mysia, they came down to Troas. And a vision appeared to Paul in the night. A man of Macedonia stood and pleaded with him, saying, "Come over to Macedonia and help us." Now after he had seen the vision, immediately we sought to go to Macedonia, concluding that the Lord had called us to preach the gospel to them*. 
*Acts 16:6-10*.

In an attempt to embellish the ones i have seen so far, i stormed at something very important that prophet Isaiah said and wish to share it here as part of what we are discussing and i trust God that you will enjoy it because for me it was not a coincidence but divine Providence.

*Seek the Lord while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. Is 55:6*.

For prophet Isaiah timing is very important. For Isaiah it is about seeking the Lord but seeking only when he can be found. There are many who are waiting for the appropriate time to seek the Lord.

For some this is not the right time to seek the Lord because there are many things seeking our attention like going to club to enjoy ourselves, engaging in fornication and the likes so when we are tyred of these "enjoyments" we can then seek the Lord.

To other, the current economic hardship is so much that we have to put God aside so as to do whatever that we need to do inorder to get what we want. After all God is aware of the hardship.

To others seeking God now will interrupt our goals for now. The cost will be too much to bear. We can't bear such taunts and mockery. We can't flow with our peers just because we are seeking the Lord and we believe that we have enough time to do that after now.

And Isaiah is telling us that there is a time that He can be found and that there is a time that He is near so if we miss this opportunities or times what happens to our seeking afterwards? Na waooo!!!

I pray for the restoration of opportunities of blessings that we have missed asking God to to give us a second chance so that we will become fully what he has destined us to be through Christ our Lord Amen.
