*SPIRITUAL CHECK UP PT6*

*Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas, "Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing*." . 
*Acts 15:36*.

We have been looking at why Paul and Barnabas had to return to Antioch to check up on the brethren there and by the help of God we have been able to see quite a few and today we are concluding on that before moving forward. To God alone be all the glory.

Although there were many others also there, labouring at the same time like Judas and Silas. The multitude of workmen in Christ's vineyard does not give us a writ of ease or make us relax in relation to seeing to it that what is worth doing is worth doing well.

Even where there are many others labouring in the word and doctrine a routine check can afford us the opportunity of recruiting more hand to the work of ministry. I believe that it was this check up that afforded Paul the opportunity to evaluate and enlist Silas as a partner in ministry.

Check ups also can afford us the opportunity of evaluating our work, the efficacy of the method applied so as to know whether to continue with that method or to formulate a better one.

Also the zeal and the excitement that we are likely to see in the lives of our brethren can go a long way in inspiring us to do more for the kingdom and to put our usefulness to it's utmost capacity.

It is truly right and just to see to it that routine spiritual check up is done once and again so as to ensure that so many soul will be safe. You and i are encouraged to do spiritual check up every now and then especially with those around us as it will not only inspire them to serve God more but it will also give them sense of belonging as a member of the family of God tha we all belong.

To the glory of God this is my little way of checking up on you and i trust God that these messages will always meet you well and I pray that you find it useful in the journey of faith and salvation.

I pray that God will visit your foundation to uproot what He has not planted that has been causing tears and pains in your life, family and ministry in the name of Jesus.
