*Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas, "Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing*." .

It is said that prevention is better than cure as such you see the medical professionals advising their clients to always come for medical check ups at intervals to see to it that any life threatening disease will be dealt with before it deals with the patients.

In spiritual matters too it is necessary that a routine check up is done to avoid the story that may not be suitable to the ear hence you see many write ups here and there trying to keep believers in check with this faith nugget in the list of them.

Although believers don't read them due to our dying reading culture, too long mentality, lack of time, lack of interest, holier than thou mentality, nothing new to hear mentality, procrastination, laziness and in some cases having many of them but i will advice that we make out time to read even if it is one in a day.

We don't allow the above to affect our interest in matters of social media accept things of this nature and we are just too comfortable with that and as such don't want to find out why or the solution to the problem. God will help us in Jesus name.

Here we check your blood pressure to make sure that the enemies of our faith does not put fear in you and allow fear to dominate you. We try to infuse a sound mind in you according to the word of God.

We check your cholesterol level to make sure that the sweet things of this world and erroneous sermons of our time does not make you look down on the message of the cross that will take you to heaven.

 Ultimately we check for salvation threatening issues inorder to arrest them before they kill or take away your salvation.

The major work lies in your hand because you are the one who will first of all make the discovery or see the need to consult your consultant for any help in like manner you are the one that will make yourself available for counseling(consultation) before any treatment(word of God and prayers) could be given to you.

You too have to detect the right hospital(church) where you can get the right medical(spiritual) help and then decide to visit the hospital in law it is said to be of competent jurisdiction that is where you can get the right and needed help that comes from God.(remember that not all helps are helpful)

I pray for you and with you that all wasters of efforts and destroyers of destiny and life assignments that have made attempt or are trying to make attempt at you or yours by the power that raised Jesus from the dead be wasted now in Jesus name Amen.
