*SPIRITUAL CHECK UP PT11*

*Now when they had gone through Phrygia and the region of Galatia, they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the word in Asia. After they had come to Mysia, they tried to go into Bithynia, but the Spirit did not permit them. So passing by Mysia, they came down to Troas. And a vision appeared to Paul in the night. A man of Macedonia stood and pleaded with him, saying, "Come over to Macedonia and help us." Now after he had seen the vision, immediately we sought to go to Macedonia, concluding that the Lord had called us to preach the gospel to them*. 
*Acts 16:6-10*.

We have been looking at why the apostles Paul and Barnabas were stopped from entering Asia by the Holy Spirit to preach there. Apart from the ones that we have seen the Holy Spirit is still helping us to see more.

The bible made us to understand that they were asked to go to mecedonia by the Holy Spirit which implies that the mecedonians had urgent need of the gospel.

Maybe their work may not be effective as at that time due to language and custom understanding as such other apostles that understands Asia better in terms of Language, culture etc had to go there inorder to prepare the place for their visit later as they later visited the place.

Hearing the voice of God is very important in our work with God for divine guidance and direction. Although it is always difficult because it may not please us but we have to.

Are you ready to hear and work with the voice of the Lord or you will ignore the voice whenever it does not suit you claiming not hear or that it may not be the voice of God.

I pray for you that you will not hear the wrong voice and that you will not follow the wrong master and as you hear the voice of the Lord and follow Him may you be blessed beyond measure through Christ our Lord Amen.

LET US PRAY* *HE HAS RISEN* *Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee*, *Lk 24:5-6*. Jesus conquered sin. He conquered the grave. He destroyed death He rendered the grave powerless and made it impotent for eternity. All that he did for you and me. We are the alleluia people  Our Christ is risen indeed never to die again.
