*JOB WELL DONE*
 
*And after they had stayed there for a time, they were sent back with greetings from the brethren to the apostles*. 
*Acts 15:33*.

We have seen the office of Judas and Silas, the work that they did and how they did the work. The bible did not stop there as it went further to tell us how long they stay there in doing the work and it said "And after they had stayed there for a time,"

They stayed a while because they had a lot to do.

They stayed a while because they wanted their work to be thorough.

They stayed a while because they want them to be strengthened.

They stayed back because they wanted them to be rooted in their faith.

They stayed a while because they want them to be convinced of the reality of God and to understand His workings.

They stayed back because they were making impact.

They stayed back to water what Paul and Barnabas had planted.

They stayed back because the people were enjoying and benefiting from their stay.

They stayed back because their stay was not a burden but a blessing.

As the saying goes "Whatever that is worth doing is worth doing well". Hence they stayed back to end well all that they started.

Your stay among the brethren of what impact is it? Is it a blessing or a curse? Have you deviated from your original assignment by scattering what you have gathered before or uprooting what others have planted?

I pray that God will make us to be a blessing to our generation and that He will give us all that we need to make positive impact in our world through Christ our Lord Amen.
