*ACTS OF GOOD APOSTLES PT20*

*When they had read it, they rejoiced over its encouragement*.  
*Acts 15:30-40*.

For over five days now we have been looking at the mind and today by the grace of God we will be looking at the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ as st Paul told us.

*"whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them*. 

You and i know that no matter how bright a light is that it makes no meaning to a blind man or woman hence the the god of this age used blindness against the light that the glory of the gospel births. They were blinded because.

1. Light signifies Knowledge and knowledge they say is power. Through the prophecy of Hosea God cried out saying
*My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
Because you have rejected knowledge,
I also will reject you from being priest for Me*;
The reason why many of us are were we are today is lack of knowledge. The reason why we run from pillar to post in the name of signs and wonders is lack of knowledge. The reason why the devil is embarrassing us with fear is lack of knowledge.

2 Illumination. Light exposes anything that has to do with darkness. The god of this age does want his works to be exposed. Light exposes one to the benefits of the gospel hence the god of this age has to blind them so that they can look but not see.

I pray that the eys of our mind be enlightened so that we may see the glory of the gospel through Christ our Lord Amen.

LET US PRAY* *HE HAS RISEN* *Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee*, *Lk 24:5-6*. Jesus conquered sin. He conquered the grave.
