Like we said the other time that the God that created you without your input will not save you without your cooperation because of that we want to take a look at why Jesus had o use the word "whosoever" because the choice of language matters in public speaking.

If we take a critical look at the word "whosoever" we will see that the word "Whosoever" means "am open invitation" which anybody can answer from anywhere and in other words God did not give it to a particular people or persons but to all.

That been said, it follows then that the word "Whosoever" does not have room for exception. No one is disqualified and no one can be disqualified accept the one that chooses to disqualified himself or herself.

The good news is that what it takes to be part of this "Whosoever" has been given meaning that no one has any excuse of any kind on why he or she should not be part of the "Whosoever" and the only thing needed is to believe which cost nothing but simply act of desire.

Hear me and hear me clearly, the good news about this whole "Whosoever" is that you are already included in that "Whosoever" and i trust God that you will not count yourself out and may it be far from you that you are counted out in the name of Jesus.
