*BEWARE OF UNFRIENDLY FRIENDS*

*And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, "You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die*."' 
*Gen.3.2 - 3*.

If you take a look at how verse two started you will agree with me that the devil did not come to play with Eve rather you will see that he meant business and this time not business as usual, for him to get Eve properly he has to start a conversation with Eve reasons being that he wants to know the position of Eve concerning what God said.

It was the position of Eve that gave the devil the idea of how to go about deceiving her That is why the devil had to make it a conversation to know the mind of Eve and to make Eve believe or think that he was a friend without Eve knowing that the friendship was at her expense the serpent created an atmosphere of relationships to avoid suspicion, little did Eve know that he was an unfriendly friend.

What the devil did was to create a relationship with Eve and then acted like an alternative to God that is if God cannot do it for you i can that is why we see people everywhere looking for an alternative to God because they think that the light is brighter on the other side.

Let us not forget in a hurry that the bible made us to understand that friendship with the world is enemity with God that is why the greatest weapon of the devil against man is friendship come to think of it how did you get to doing the kind of evil that you vowed never to do? A friend convinced you. "Talk true?"

Permit me to state here that not all friends are unfriendly, yes you heard me because there are many good friends out there too just that it is not easy to identify the mechanics from the mad men but be that as it may be by their fruits we shall know them.

I pray for you and with you that every unfriendly friend that is in your life to cause you harm, may they be exposed and disgraced by the power in the name of Jesus.
