*CONSISTENT IN LIES*

*Your cup of blessing is continually running over*

*Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, "You shall not eat of every tree of the garden*'?" 
*Gen.3.1*

I like the way the writer of the book of beginning (Genesis) introduced the devil, first of all he called him serpent and secondly he told us that it is in his nature to be cunning or crafty and that it was his nature that made him look like a serpent and apart from that he made us to understand also that the devil has no good intention for man.

Come to think of it, if the devil has good intentions for man would he have come in the form of a serpent? Would he have been cunning or crafty to man? All these are a sign to shows that the devil never wanted any good for you and i.

I would like to start today by saying that the devil is not interested in your past but that he will do anything to frustrate your future. The devil will stop at nothing to make sure that you don't feature in the future that you are meant to feature.

The woman was on her own and the devil came calling and suggesting to her why she should trust God or take God by His words and he gently asked "Has God indeed said",

Look at the introduction of the devil and his nature and he is asking can you trust God because he knows he cannot be trusted so he was speaking out of his own nature hence Jesus calls him not just a liar but the father of all lies.
*For you are the children of your father the Devil, and you love to do the evil things he does. He was a murderer from the beginning and has always hated the truth. There is no truth in him. When he lies, it is consistent with his character; for he is a liar and the father of lies*. *John.8.44*

I pray for you and with you that the God of all grace will send you angelic helpers that will help you to end this month in testimony by the power in the name of Jesus
