*STOP FOLLOWING THE CROWD*

*His presence beautifies the soul, where you there doe the beauty of your soul?*

*But we were hoping that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, today is the third day since these things happened*.
*Luke.24.21*.

Let start today by taking a look at the statement of bro Cleopas when Jesus met them on the way to Emmaus, he started by telling Jesus that "But we were hoping" who are the we? Where are the we at this point in time? What did the we do to make sure that their hope comes to pass?

The truth of the matter is that when you follow the crowd you will not see the cloud, the crowd will make you irrelevant when you are in the midst of them, the crowd will give you direction even when they are in the wrong direction and whenever you are in the wrong direction crowd is not an advantage neither speed.

He said that they were hoping which is not bad in itself and they had what they were hoping for, the redemption of Israel but they failed to study Jesus, they failed to study his mission and they even failed to ask Him how he was to accomplish what they were hoping for that is why when what they were hoping for began to manifest they ran away.

Because they were following the crowd they taught that somebody among them must have asked Jesus about his mission, they lives in assumption and they depended on other people's opinion that is if the people had any without having their own opinion and without personal encounter and understanding of what they were hoping for.

None of them had any concrete ground on which they hope was built, they just hope that was why even when even what they hoped for dawned in a better and more convincing manner they choose to run away because their hope was based on nothing and they did not even listen to Jesus teaching but instead they focused on their hope.

*LET US PRAY*🙏 🙏 🙏 
I pray for you and with you that you will not be doing on the wrong side of life where all your efforts will be wasted by the power in the name of Jesus.
